TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE PACKAGES

  • The program offers you a free sub-domain and free web-space.
  • We are planning to offer these packages in the starting in English but will add other languages soon
  • All these packages can be copied at no cost.
  • All the package rates are controlled by us and the rates will be changed from time to time depending on the hotel prices and the foreign exchange prices.
  • You just need to add your international airfares, insurance etc. You can modify these prices as many times as you wish with out any cost.
  • We will be changing the hotels from time to time depending on the special offers which we get from time to time.
  • In short, you can control your prices, commission, exchange variation, as many times as you wish at no extra cost.

    WHAT DO THE PACKAGES INCLUDE
Room with breakfast, private vehicles, train tickets (if any) and assistance in most of the places. In Darjeeling region, houseboats and some national parks all meals are included.. In some parks the jungle visits are included.

The packages do not included airfares, meals other than mentioned, guides, entrances, insurance, personal expenses, Tips/ Gratuities/ Porterage etc.

    SUPPLEMENTS
We are quoting you apart for domestic air-fares, meals, entrances, guides and single rooms. You could add all these costs in the programs.

    COMMISSION
    - You can mark up your commission from 0 percent to 30 percent. This commission can be changed as many times as you wish, depending on the tourism season. For example, during the lean season, you could reduce the commission and make your packages more economical to have more sales.
    - In case we reduce the rates of packages, the prices will automatically reduce in your program also. But your commission mark up remains the same. For example, a package of our cost US$ 100, and you add up 25 percent on this packages (gross), the cost reflected in the package will be US$ 133.33.

If this package gets cheaper and the price is US$ 90, then the price reflected in the packages will be US$ 90 + 25% on gross = that is US$ 120.

    INTERNATIONAL AIRFARES
You just need to add up the international airfares in your package. You also have the option of adding up insurance or other misch charges. For example, if a package cost is US$ 100 and the international airfare is US$ 500 and the insurance and other charges are US$ 50 and you add up mark up of 25 percent, then the cost shown in the package will be US$ 100 + US$ 500 + US$ 50 + 25% (gross) = US$ 866.66.

You can change the international airfares and misch charges as many times as you wish and the same will be immediately reflected in your packages.

    HOTELS
    - We will be changing the hotels from time to time depending on the special offers which we get from time to time. For example, if a Sheraton is giving a better rate in Delhi than the Crowne Plaza, we will immediately change the rates and the name of the hotel. Automatically the rates and the hotels will be changed in your website too.
Different category of hotels are -
    - A Category: 5 star or next available.
    - B Category: 5 star or 4 star or next available
    - C Category: 4 star or 3 star or next best available.
    - D Category: 3 star or 2 star or next best available
    - E Category: 3 star or 2 star or guest houses

    PAYMENTS
All our rates are nett and in US Dollars. The rates are subject to change without advance notice. Please re-check with us the prices at the time of the bookings. We will honor the
Bookings at rates given at that particular time on the website. All the payments have to be in US Dollars irrespective of the exchange variations from your currency to to the US Dollars.

    FOREIGN CURRENCY
All our rates are in US Dollars. But you could choose the currency of your choice. You have to select your own exchange rate and this can be changed as many times as you wish. For example if you have marked up US$ to Mexican Pesos at 1.27 and if the Peso goes up or down, you could change the exchange rate as many times as you wish and this will be immediately reflected on your package prices. .
